Hello everyone and welcome to March. Days are getting brighter and longer which is a welcome change to the last couple months. The dreary weather has not however, had a dampening effect on the local market. Continued low inventory and a solid pool of buyers across most segments has driven the market this year so far and shows no signs of slowing down. Many properties are moving quickly and seeing multiple offer situations which is likely a bit of foreshadowing of what is to come in the spring.
If you are a seller, now is the time to start getting organized to present your home in the best possible light for the eager crew of buyers. And, if you are a buyer, now is also the time to get all your ducks in a row so if the right property comes up you will be in the best possible position to pounce. I’m mainly talking about getting your pre-approvals here but also coming up with strategies for getting the best possible price and beating out other buyers should it come to that.

It was a busy listing month for me and only one remains in my inventory at the moment. 325-3969 Shelbourne is a great top floor 2 bed/2 bath 55 Plus condo in a beautiful building with a great sense of community. This will be a great fit for someone and it’s within walking distance to just about every amenity you could ask for. $459,900.
That’s it for now gang and if you have any questions please feel free to give me a call.
Cheers, Bobby
