Hello Everyone and welcome to December!
Well, it’s that time of year again. I want to wish you all the very best over the Holiday season and the very best for 2024. And, thank you to my loyal clients for giving me the opportunity to work with you!
This can be a joyous time of year but for many it can be stressful. A time loaded with the expectations and pressures of the season. I don’t have any miracle cures in this regard but try to enjoy the little things and spend time with your friends and loved ones. In an over commercialized environment that’s all that really matters!
Real Estate continues to plug along amidst high interest rates and inflation but there is potentially good news here. The US Fed recently announced there were no plans to raise rates going forward this year and that interest rate cuts were in the cards. Yes, the “pivot” we have been waiting for has happened. It will be interesting to see how this all plays out but with this news consumer confidence should start to trickle back into the market in the coming months.
